There are 21°C outside and I couldn't be happier. In the past few weeks we had like 34 to 37 degrees which is madness. I don't like hot weather and I can't wait for autumn/winter.
Also, I love when the sky is like this, in summer.

In The Kitchen: Guacamole

Thursday 30 July 2015
Yes, yes, this happened: I made guacamole (because the avocado started to be way too mature and I needed to eat it)I don't think I used the right ingredients, but I tried my best.

What I used:
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 red bell pepper
- Half a lime
- Garlic
- Salt & pepper
- Chilli oil

I cut in half the avocado, scrape out the pulp and mashed it. Then I added some lime (as an antioxidant) and mixed everything up.
Then I cut in cubes 1/4 of the bell pepper (you can use more than 1/4, of course) and added it to the mashed avocado, with salt and pepper. Last but not least, chilli oil. Mix everything up et voilà!
Oh, don't forget about tortillas!

Snapshots of Life I

Monday 27 July 2015
A few days ago, I read a tweet by Lily, in which was linked an old blog post that she wrote a year ago: Think Like A Blogger. And, yesterday, she posted a sort of 'part 2' of the same topic.
It's been 10 days since I last posted something on here, because I run out of ideas, basically. I mean, I had a few ideas but most of times they didn't seem enough for the blog. Then I thought, what is enough? What does it mean? Aren't these on-line spaces created for a personal use? This is my space, and I can do whatever I want with it.
As Lily says, is often thought that buying things = content for the blog. But, just look around you, and you'll see that it's not true.
I often put so much pressure on me (for what), especially when it comes to taking pictures. Then, if something isn't coming out as I wanted, I get nervous and I give up (story of my life, yay).
I decided that if I like a photo, or more photos, then I'll post it. Whether it's taken with a phone, or a reflex or whatever. Even on my blog, and I should not care if the photos aren't all clear and the objects aren't nicely placed on the table.

2. H&M order finally arrived! And I was waiting for it in the garden. In five minutes, I got five mosquitoes bites (instagram where I complain). Lovely.
3. For me, Chanel n°19 means: back to 15, winter and old, consumed and baggy Brandy&Melville's long-sleeved shirt.
4. I'm wearing my brand new H&M dress and a very old Primark green shirt. Oh, and two weeks ago I cut my hair short, AGAIN. When my mom saw she was like 'Why. Again'. And my dad was pretty happy, because he loves short hair. He asked me a few times when I was gonna get a pixie cut (again) because he loved it, when I got it the first time.

Friday FIVE: 5 Beauty Products I'm Loving

Friday 17 July 2015
Yes, yes, I'm still alive, I know you were all worried (...). If you, reading this, have a blog, I believe you know that sometimes there are big NO periods for blogging. Everything you write/photograph, well, sucks. I hope I'm not the only one...
Anyway, down here you can find 5 products that I'm currently in love with.

Naked Basic Palette 'Foxy' // There's not really that much to say. I like to apply Foxy all over the lid, in order to create a clean base, and hide all those blue veins.

L'Oréal Lumi Magique Stylo Touche de Lumière '01 Light' // First thing: they say this is the dupe of the unfamous YSL Touche Eclat (L'Oréal owns YSL), which costs like 15€ more than the L'Oréal one. I usually create a 'triangle shape' on the under eye circles area and blend it with the RT Expert Face brush. I love how it illuminates that area, and it has quite a lot of coverage too. I picked up the shade 01, and you can find three shades: the first one is yellowy, the 02 is a pink tone and the 03 came out white. I think there was something wrong with the tester...

Nars Illuminator 'Copacabana' // Old but gold. I genuinely worship this product. I don't think it'll ever come to an end because you need the tiniest amount of product.

Urban Decay de-slick Make Up Setting Spray Oil-Control // I bought this for a test: some people love it and some people think it's just water. This product promises to control the oil during the day. I usually put on foundation, concealers, powder and then I spray it all over my face. The most drastic area is my nose, especially now with 35° degrees outside (madness)
It keeps the oil away for 4/5 hours, but if you have extremely oily skin, I wouldn't recommend buying it.

Dove Purely Pampering Nourishing Lotion 'Shea Butter & Warm Vanilla' // I just got back from a week at the seaside and you can imagine how dry my skin is, especially my legs. This product is helping me a lot: I apply it at night, after I showered, and the next morning my skin is the softest thing in the world. Well, not really, but you got it. I'd only suggest not to get straight into the bed, after the application, because it can be sticky. Let pass 10 minutes before getting into bed.

Holiday Snaps: Fireworks // Part 2

Tuesday 7 July 2015
Here's the second part of my 'Holiday Snaps' thing. I took these photos Friday night: it was the Notte Rosa (literally translated as 'Pink Night') on the Riviera Romagnola and it used to be a single night (now it's extented to 2/3 nights) where every shop it's open until late night, everything's pink and people usually spend the night on the beach, until the next morning.

Holiday Snaps: Seaside // Part 1

Monday 6 July 2015
I went on holiday with the family, last week, in a seaside town, as you'll see in the photos below. I had a good time, except for the fact that after I took these photos, I got a sore throat and a cold, because of the wind. Applause applause.

Ocean Porcelain

Friday 3 July 2015
Pastel colours. Aren't they the most amazing thing? I saw a toaster a couple of weeks ago and it was mint green and I fell in love with it. But let's talk about this gorgeous nail polish.

This is the L'Oréal Color Riche nail polish and it's in the shade Ocean Porcelain (858). It's part of the Les Blancs collection, which comprises 10 different pastel shades.
I'm new to their nail polishes because I always stick to Rimmel and Essie, but I was looking for a pastel blue colour and I found this one - needless to say that I love it. It's an ice blue colour with a tiny bit of greyness to it. The application is easy and it starts to chip after 4/5 days. You get 5ml of products for 4.99€, which I think is quite a lot for so little product! But it lasts for quite a while and the colour is so beautiful. Peach Négligé will be in my collection really soon.
