There's nothing better than a new pair of Vans. In five years, this is the fourth pair I bought, I guess? True love. I'm not saying they're the most comfortable shoes in the world but, for me, they're the easiest to throw on. Being hobbit-height (5'2'' or 156cm or whatever), certain shoes make my legs look shorter and chubbier than they actually are. But these are my friends, and my legs look longer and slimmer when I wear them, so +10 point to Vans.
