If I Could Only Pick One

Friday 9 September 2016
Hello. It's me. And this is a blog post. *Alive by Sia plays in the background*
Anyway, I hope you're all well, and I'm back with a brand new blog post. I saw a few posts like this and I thought it was cool to see which products people would pick if they could only choose one for each category. A lot of these products have appeared many times on my blog - and this post really goes to show how much I do love them.

Of course, the primer I'll always be loyal to is the NYX Angel Veil Skin Perfecting Primer. I've been using it non-stop since I got it and have had zero problem on my skin and yes, it's just perfection.

The NARS Sheer Glow is my safety blanket. As much as I love the Velvet Matte Skin Tint, the Sheer Glow is the one I always gravitate toward. I love how is natural looking on the skin and the satin finish of it.

I own so many concealers, but none of them illuminates and covers my under eyes like the Rimmel Match Perfection Concealer. 6€ for a great product is just life. Because we're not all rich people who can afford a 28€ concealer *erm, NARS*.

The e.l.f High Definition Powder is probably the best powder I've ever tried. It does it's freakin' job: sets, keeps matte and is not cakey.

Old but gold, the Benefit Hoola Bronzer has made it into this post. It's a well-loved product in the beauty community. It's matte and perfect for creating that fake tanned look.

NARS Orgasm Blush. Who doesn't own it? It's the perfect peachy pink shade with golden shimmers in it - great for every skin tone. I love NARS blushes, the only downside of them is the price. Oh God.

Oh, wow: the Too Faced Candlelight Glow Highlighting Powder Duo - I bet you didn't see that coming (I mean, if you've been reading my blog for a while). Golden powder on one side and gilded-rose on the other one. They also made a new shade, called "Warm Glow" which also has two shades but they are more on the peach side.

My eyebrows are so thankful for the Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade. And so am I.

I didn't have a single eyeshadow I really loved, but that's because I don't buy single eyeshadows. So, I went for a palette: the Urban Decay Naked Basics Palette. It has six eyeshadows, all neutrals, all mattes, except for Venus (the first one in the palette) which has a touch of satin.

This was hard. I love the L'Oréal SuperLiner, but I love the Benefit They're Real Eyeliner more. Even if it costs a lung and it's a pain to take off. This shows how much I love it. But it's the easiest thing to apply, even if you're not great with eyeliner.

Unfortunately I didn't include the "mascara of my life" in the pic up here because I'm currently trying out another one. I'm talking about the Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara, which has surpassed for the tiniest bit the L'Oréal False Lash Telescopic Mascara (still one of my favourites). This mascara gives real volume and I'm so thankful for it. Well done, Maybelline.

Last but not least, for this category I went for MAC lip liner in Spice. As the NARS Sheer Glow, this is my security blanket. It goes well with every look (neutral fan here) and it's really creamy for a lip liner.

What would you choose if you could only pick one product for each category?
